Robomoderation is an assistant to the moderators. You can have the software delete any cross post to ARJW for example. It can be use to block users. You can block all of Carol sock puppets all the way to her IP, and Carol will never be a problem poster for the new RPM. for example Carol lashes out at Snooze. You block her IP for week or more. You can even ask er to apologzie or whe will not be allowed to post ever.
Take a look at Talk.Origins, they have content moderation filter in action. Jabriol can't post there. And it matter not the charter. The moderator doesn't need to justify why he violates the Charter, he can do it and nobody can tell him a thing...

Jabriol CAN post there. What Jabriol cannot do is follow the instructions on how to do that. Not surprising, since Jabriol is a monomaniacal idiot.

Jabbers can post all he wants to Talk.Origins as long as he follows the rules. Of course he is an obsessive jerk who intentionally breaks the rules as much as possible, crossposting to inappropriate groups to annoy others: rec.ponds, news.groups, alt.censorship, alt.talk.creationism, alt.atheism in this case. I have removed rec.ponds and news.groups because this lying rant was completely off topic for those groups.

"SaberShark" is another jabriol sock puppet. He pops several new ones every day to bypass killfiles.

Yes, it gets him past the killfiles, but it doesn't get him past the robomoderator on t.o because he refuses to obey the rules set forth.
