I am not a vegetarian by any means and I do enjoy an ocassional meal at
McDonalds, but the thought of eating a tripple cheeseburger makes me ill.
I can just hear the ambulance coming!

That's because there are not enough people who want to buy it. Pure and simple.

I think the beans are made with lard, but I am not sure.

It's been established as scientific fact that drinking enough red wine
will counterbalance all that collesterol giving fat in this Mcdonald's
meal. About 4 and a half bottles oughta do.

Yup, and the subway veggie is pretty tasty too.  Unfortunately
it's got cheese.   They did have one a while back that was a soy burger or
some such thing.... seems like it was discontinued.>>

Gee, I wonder why.

Recommended by mainstream physiologists for a 185-pound male with 15% body fat
who gets half an hour of aerobic exercise every day (i.e., me).

Wouldn't carbs be your main priority for aerobic type workouts rather
than protein. I don't see your point. The RDA, which is slightly
inflated, only recommends about half of the amount you stated.
